Common questions

Request one on our website with three things — your pickup city, your delivery city, and the type of vehicle. We will price it and send your quote back for you to accept online.

We run between the Northeast and Florida every week, both ways:

  • Heading to Florida — we pick up in the Northeast on Thursday and Friday, and your car is usually delivered the following Tuesday (sometimes Monday to Wednesday).
  • Coming back to the Northeast — we pick up in Florida on Tuesday and Wednesday, and your car is usually delivered that Friday or the following Monday.

Picking up somewhere other than Florida? We can usually arrange any weekday, Monday through Friday. Florida pickups stay on those Tuesday and Wednesday run days. Most trips take three to five days.

When we send your quote, you will get a link to accept it online. Accepting books your car and sets up your customer portal, where you pick your preferred pickup date — no back-and-forth emails. Then, about a week before your pickup date, we reach out to reconfirm the day and the details with you.

Log in to your customer portal any time to see your booking and where it stands. We will also email you at each step — when your car is picked up, on the road, and delivered.

You can pay online in your customer portal with a credit or debit card, or pay the driver at pickup or delivery with cash, check, Venmo (3% fee), or Zelle. If someone else is receiving the car for you, paying online ahead of time keeps it simple.

Yes. Drop your car off at one of our terminals and you will get $50 off:

  • 7230 Schuyler Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057
  • 930 NY 104, Ontario, NY 14519 — Monday to Thursday only, no Fridays

We come as close to your door as we safely can. Some spots are not truck-friendly, so we may ask you to meet us at a nearby location that is. If you do not have a ride to or from that spot, the driver can bring you home in your own car — just know that short trip is not covered by our insurance.

We can only carry vehicles by law, so we do not take inventory of personal items and cannot be responsible for them. If you do leave a few things, please follow these rules:

  • Nothing in the driver or front passenger seat, or under the seats
  • Keep back-seat items below the window line, out of sight
  • No plants — they are illegal to carry across state lines
  • Nothing time-sensitive, like medication, in case of a delay
  • A car packed beyond this may add a $100 fee

Please also keep your fuel at a quarter tank or lower — it helps us get through DOT weigh stations without delays.

Take your toll device off the car before pickup. If it scans on the road, your account could be charged. If that happens we can give you paperwork to dispute it, but we are not responsible for the charge.

Anything that is not factory or stock — aftermarket mods, tire covers, and other loose parts — can shift or come off during transport and is not covered. Please take those off before your car ships.

Your vehicle is handled with care. We cannot cover damage from things outside our control — weather, fire, flooding, or objects coming off the road or sky. Please check your car and report any damage right away at pickup or delivery. We do not cover minor damage under $250, so we can stay focused on anything affecting how your car runs or its safety.

Yes, and there are no fees for either. We only ask that you give us as much notice as you can, so we have time to adjust the run.
