The short version: we collect what we need to quote your move and get your car there, we do not sell it to anyone, this website sets no cookies, and the only thing we measure is how many people visited.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, you give us your pickup and delivery locations, the year, make and model of the vehicle, roughly when you want it moved, and your name, phone number and email. That is all of it - we do not ask for anything else, and there are no hidden fields.
If you go on to book, your customer portal account holds the same information plus your booking history, and any addresses or vehicles you save to reuse.
Why we collect it
- To price your move. The route and the vehicle decide the price.
- To carry it out. A driver needs an address, and someone to call when they are twenty minutes away.
- To keep you posted. We email you at pickup, on the road, and at delivery.
- To keep our records. Bills of lading, invoices, and the paperwork a licensed carrier has to hold on to.
Who else sees it
Running a transport company means a handful of other companies touch parts of your information. Here is the whole list, and what each one gets.

One thing worth calling out
When you type into the pickup or delivery box on our quote form, what you type is sent as you type it to an address service called Photon, run by Komoot in Germany, which sends back the suggestions you see. ZIP codes are looked up the same way through a service called Zippopotam. Neither is ours, and neither is told who you are - they only ever see the address text. If you would rather they did not see it at all, type the address without using the suggestions, or just call us on (315) 488-2523 and we will take the details down ourselves.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information, or trade it, or rent it.
- This website sets no cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser.
- We do not follow you around the internet. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, builds no profile of you, and cannot see where you go after you leave. It tells us how many people came and which pages they read, and nothing else.
- We do not text you. We used to offer it, and we stopped. Updates come by email and by phone.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that never turn into a booking are kept while they are still useful to us and then cleared out. Completed jobs we keep for seven years, because that is what the tax and transport paperwork requires of a licensed carrier.
What you can ask us to do
It is your information. You can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold. Most of it is already in your customer portal.
- Correct anything wrong - a misspelt name, an old phone number.
- Delete your account and your details. You can do this yourself in the portal, or ask us and we will do it. We have to keep the paperwork for completed moves, so that part stays.
- Stop emailing you. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We will still phone you about a car that is actually on a truck.

Children
This is a service for people shipping cars, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Security
Your information sits behind a password on servers we rent from Render, and everything between your browser and us is encrypted. Card numbers never reach us at all. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise - but we do not keep what we do not need.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. Anything significant, we will say so in an email rather than quietly editing.
